T R Santhanakrishnan


TRS is the Founder/CEO of DataTracks. He leads the DataTracks global leadership team. Previously TRS was Global CFO of Sutherland, a large multi-national ITES business in New York. Earlier he was CFO of Sify Technologies Limited, a NASDAQ listed company in the United States. As its CFO TRS raised over $ 250 million in successive public and private offerings and took the company public in the United States. TRS has also worked in various senior positions for the Royal Dutch/Shell Oil Group. TRS is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant (recipient of the J. N. Bose Gold Medal for best performance in India). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras (with first rank in university).

Mohan Kuruvilla

Member, Board of Directors

Mohan is a member of the Board of Directors. Mohan is the Dean of the School of Business at Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas and holds the Herman Brown Chair of Business and Economics in the University. Earlier he was a director in KPMG in India. Mohan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Ph D in Accounting from the University of Houston. He serves as a Director of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants ("TSCPA") and as a member of the Board of the Houston CPA Society.

Will Mathieson

Member, Board of Directors

Will is a member of the Board of Directors of DataTracks. Will was previously a senior manager with global responsibilities in the finance function of Royal/Dutch Shell. During his 23 years with Shell, Will worked in Shell's upstream exploration and production and downstream oil and chemicals businesses and had assignments in Aberdeen, London, Melbourne, Muscat and The Hague. Will is a Chartered Accountant (since 1985) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

V L Narasimhan

Member, Board of Directors

Narasimhan is a member of the Board of Directors. Narasimhan is Founder/ CEO of Trust Arm, which specializes in Property Services including Legal Documentation. Previously, he was holding key positions with HDFC for over 27 years. Narasimhan holds Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Madras.

Radhika Santhanakrishnan


Radhika is a social entrepreneur who runs a foundation (out of her own resources) to bring education to underprivileged children. Her contribution has brought Montessori education to at least 100 children each year for the last three years. A child who won her first scholarship thirteen years back as a kindergarten student has now entered college with the help of the Foundation. Another girl who was awarded a scholarship to pursue Master's program in Oxford University has successfully completed her course. Radhika serves as a member of the Board in four enterprises in India and in Singapore.
