Fund Accounting

DataTracks’ Fund Administration service carries out necessary day to today reporting, regulatory compliance reports and shareholder communication reports allowing superior level of transparency in reporting to shareholders and regulators.


Periodical Reporting

Irrespective of the NAV release arrangements of the Funds, we provide our clients with daily NAV reports that gets accompanied by cash flow statement and holdings report of portfolio to aid fund manager in investment decisions. We also provide weekly reports on purchases and sales, expenses and accruals and Profit and loss statements.



Adhoc report generation

Apart from periodical reporting, we can also generate Adhoc reports on specific requests. Our internally developed automated solution helps us to turnaround the reports in a shorter time.



Secure File transfer

We transmit and receive the reports via secured File Transfer mechanism to ensure the confidentiality with the Client data. We can also use the File Transfer portal owned by Clients to transmit data.

Version Control and Audit Trail

DataTracks AIFMD solution implements robust version control and audit trail mechanisms. Version Control feature allows users to compare changes and filings in prior period for data consistency. Cell by cell audit trail is maintained for every user. Information about any changes to a cell and about the user responsible for making the changes can be retrieved.

DataTracks Annex IV reporting solution is hosted on a private cloud with no associated hardware or maintenance costs. Roles-based security model enables the administrator to determine which users have access to different groups of information within the application. The solution is provisioned for automatic scaling and disaster recovery.
